2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to services, commissions and artworks offered by Sabrina Dennison, including:

Womb Water Scrying Readings, Deep Womb Water Scrying, Personal Womb Charts, Personal Ritual Work, Personal Womb Portraits and Original Womb Art.

By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Womb Water Scrying & Womb Channeling

Womb Water Scrying Readings and Personal Womb Charts are created individually through intuitive and channeled practice.

The content of a reading or channeling cannot be predetermined. Specific messages, answers, interpretations or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

The information required for each service is stated on the respective booking form.

4. Personal Ritual Work

Personal Ritual Work is individually created and performed around the intention provided by the client.

The nature and elements of the ritual are determined as part of the individual ritual process.

Ritual work is spiritual in nature and no specific outcome can be promised or guaranteed.

5. Personal Womb Portraits

Personal Womb Portraits are individually created through Womb Channeling and the 7 Womb Portals.

For the portrait, Sabrina Dennison works from a photograph provided by the client. The client confirms that they have the right and permission to provide the photograph for this purpose.

Because each Womb Portrait is created through an intuitive and artistic process, exact colours, imagery, composition or artistic outcome cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Each Personal Womb Portrait includes the elements described in the offer at the time of purchase, including the accompanying Personal Womb Chart where stated.

6. Original Womb Art

Original Womb Art consists of original, one-of-a-kind artworks.

Each original artwork is sold only once. Colours displayed digitally may vary slightly from the physical artwork due to different screens and display settings.

7. Completion & Delivery

Readings, Womb Charts and Ritual Work are delivered digitally to the email address provided by the client unless otherwise stated.

Personal Womb Portraits and other physical artworks are shipped to the delivery address provided by the client.

Creation and completion times are estimates unless a specific binding date has expressly been agreed.

8. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed at the time of booking or purchase apply.

Payment is made through the payment methods available at checkout.

Any applicable shipping costs will be stated before purchase where required.

9. Right of Withdrawal & Cancellations

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable under German consumer law.

For services, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days. If the client expressly requests that the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, work may begin earlier. The statutory right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service only where the legal requirements for this have been fulfilled.

Personal Womb Portraits are individually created from the client's photograph and specifically for that client. For goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to an individual choice or clearly personalised to the consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply under § 312g(2)(1) BGB.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights.

10. Spiritual Services Disclaimer

Womb Water Scrying, Womb Channeling and Personal Ritual Work are spiritual and intuitive practices intended for personal reflection.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice and are not a substitute for professional treatment or advice.

No particular personal, spiritual, health, financial or other outcome is guaranteed.

11. Copyright & Usage

All Womb Portraits, Womb Art, Personal Womb Charts, written readings and other original content remain protected by copyright.

Purchase of a physical original transfers ownership of the physical artwork, but does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights.

Digital materials provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, resold or used commercially without prior written permission.

12. Shipping, Customs & Import Charges

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sabrina Dennison is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, carriers, customs authorities or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, subject to mandatory statutory consumer rights.

13. Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of residence.
