IONOS states that visitor information collected through its Webhosting service is anonymised directly upon collection and retained for up to eight weeks.

4. IONOS WebAnalytics

This website may use IONOS WebAnalytics to obtain statistical information about website usage.

According to IONOS, WebAnalytics uses log files or pixel technology and does not use cookies for this purpose.

The processing helps me understand the general use of my website and maintain and improve the website.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

IONOS states that WebAnalytics is enabled by default for relevant products.

If you contact me through the website or by email, I process the information you provide in order to respond to your inquiry.

6. Forms and Tally

I use Tally for certain forms connected to my services.

When you submit a form, the information you enter is processed for the purpose for which you submitted it. Depending on the service, this may include:

your name and email address;
questions or information you voluntarily provide;
your intention or situation in connection with Personal Ritual Work;
information required for Womb Water Scrying or other Womb work;
photographs voluntarily submitted in connection with a Womb Portrait or where otherwise requested;
information required to process and fulfil your booking.

The information collected depends on the particular service and form.

The purpose of this processing is to respond to inquiries, process bookings and provide the requested service.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance and pre-contractual measures).

Where information requiring explicit consent under Art. 9 GDPR is voluntarily provided and processed, processing is based on Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent).

Please do not provide sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your request or booking.

7. Womb Water Scrying and Womb Work

When you book Womb Water Scrying, a Personal Womb Chart or other Womb-based work, I process the personal information necessary to prepare, perform and deliver the service.

Depending on the service, this may include your name, email address, questions submitted for a reading and other information you voluntarily provide.

The information is used only insofar as necessary to provide the service, communicate with you and fulfil related administrative obligations.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Where you voluntarily provide special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR and their processing is necessary for the requested service, such data will only be processed on the basis of your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR.

8. Personal Ritual Work

For Personal Ritual Work, I process the information you provide about your intention and situation in order to create and perform the requested ritual work and communicate with you about the service.

Please provide only information that is relevant to your request.

You are not required to disclose medical diagnoses, detailed health information or other sensitive personal information unless you choose to do so and it is relevant to the service you are requesting.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Where information submitted by you constitutes special-category personal data under Art. 9 GDPR, processing will only take place where the applicable legal requirements are met, including explicit consent where required.

9. Womb Portraits and Photographs

For commissioned Womb Portraits, I work from a photograph provided by you.

Photographs are processed solely for the purpose of creating the commissioned artwork, communicating with you about the commission and fulfilling your order.

Photographs will not be published, used for advertising or shared publicly without separate permission from you.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

A photograph is not automatically special-category biometric data merely because it contains a person's face; the GDPR's special rules for biometric data concern processing for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person.

10. Payment Processing

If you purchase a service or artwork, payment may be processed through an external payment provider.

Stripe

Payments may be processed by Stripe.

Stripe may process information required to complete the transaction, including name, contact information, billing information and payment details.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Depending on the circumstances, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Stripe currently states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for relevant transfers and also provides additional mechanisms where applicable.

PayPal

Payments may also be processed through:

PayPal processes the personal information required to process your payment.

Where physical artwork or other physical products are shipped to you, the information necessary to fulfil the order may be shared with the relevant postal or shipping provider.

This may include your name, delivery address and, where necessary for delivery, contact information.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website may use cookies or similar technologies where technically necessary for the operation, security or functionality of the website and its services.

Where technologies requiring consent under applicable law are used, they will only be activated after the required consent has been obtained.

IONOS WebAnalytics may additionally process website usage information as described above. According to IONOS, WebAnalytics itself does not use cookies.

13. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Data may be retained for longer where required by statutory tax, accounting or other legal retention obligations or where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Once the applicable purpose and retention obligations cease to apply, the data will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

14. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data is not sold.

Where necessary, personal data may be processed by service providers involved in operating this website and providing my services, including hosting, form, payment, email and shipping providers.

Personal data may also be disclosed where required by law.

Service providers acting on my behalf are used in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Subject to the requirements of the GDPR, you may have the right to:
