This website uses IONOS WebAnalytics for statistical analysis and technical optimisation of the website.

According to IONOS, WebAnalytics uses log files or pixel technology and does not use cookies for this purpose.

IONOS states that the visitor's IP address is transmitted when a page is accessed and is anonymised immediately after transmission. The resulting information is processed without personal reference.

6. Forms and Tally

I use Tally for forms connected to my services.

Tally is provided by Tally BV, Belgium.

When you submit a form, the information you enter is processed for the purpose for which you submitted it.

Depending on the service, this may include:

your name;
your email address;
questions you submit for a reading;
your chosen life areas or current situation;
your intention for Personal Ritual Work; and
other information you voluntarily provide in connection with your booking.

The exact information collected depends on the service and form you choose to use.

The information is processed in order to manage your booking, communicate with you and provide the requested service.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

Tally states that form data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in Europe.

Where information submitted by you constitutes special-category personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR, such information will only be processed where an appropriate legal basis exists, including your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR where required.

Please do not provide sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your booking.

7. Womb Water Scrying

When you book Womb Water Scrying or Deep Womb Water Scrying, I process the information necessary to prepare, perform and deliver your reading.

Depending on your booking, this may include your:

name;
email address;
questions submitted for the reading;
selected life areas; and
other information you voluntarily provide.

The information is used to perform your reading, prepare your PDF Reading, deliver the service and communicate with you about your booking.

8. Womb Reading and Personal Womb Chart

When you book a Womb Reading + Personal Womb Chart, I process the personal information necessary to prepare and deliver your reading and chart.

This primarily includes your name, email address and information required to manage and fulfil your booking.

The information is used to create your personal reading and visual Womb Chart, deliver the service and communicate with you regarding your booking.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Where special-category personal data is voluntarily provided, it will only be processed where an appropriate legal basis exists, including explicit consent pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR where required.

9. Personal Ritual Work

When you book Personal Ritual Work, I process the information you provide about your intention and situation in order to prepare and perform the requested ritual work and communicate with you regarding your booking.

Depending on your request, your intention may relate to areas such as release, protection, opening or calling something into your life.

Please provide only information that is relevant to your request.

You are not required to disclose medical diagnoses, detailed health information or other sensitive personal information.

If you voluntarily provide information that constitutes special-category personal data under Art. 9 GDPR, such information will only be processed where the applicable legal requirements are met, including explicit consent pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR where required.

10. Payment Processing

Payments for services may be processed through external payment providers.

Stripe

Payments may be processed by Stripe.

Stripe may process information necessary to complete and manage the transaction, such as your name, contact information, billing information and payment details.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Depending on the circumstances, Stripe may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Stripe states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also provides additional transfer mechanisms, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable.

Stripe is responsible for additional processing carried out within its own services.
